PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-shielding device for electron microscope observation window which allows for shooting of a high-quality electron microscope image, by shortening the time from observation to shooting.SOLUTION: A light-shielding device 100 for electron microscope observation window attached to the observation window of an electron microscope includes a douser 110 covering the observation window, a window 120 provided in the douser 110, and a light-shielding 130 provided movably along the douser 110 so as to take a first state closing the window 120 and a second state not closing the window 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
