PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag fitting device having a favorable workability for fitting a bracket to a protector and an air bag device equipped with the same.SOLUTION: A protector 42 into which a bracket 41 is inserted along a predetermined inserting direction X is provided with an opening 57 for inserting a car body fitting part 44 through, a pedestal part 58, a claw part 59, and a receiving part 63. The pedestal part 58 supports a holding part 45 at one end in a direction crossing the holding part 45 in the inserting direction X of the bracket 41 to the protector 42. The claw part 59 is pressed on the holding part 45 by the insertion of the bracket 41 into the protector 42 to elastically deform and to deform by reset, thereby engaging the holding part 45. The receiving part 63 restricts the position of the holding part 45 in the inserting direction X and in a direction crossing in the inserting direction X. The bracket 41 can easily be fitted only by inserting basically into the protector 42, resulting in an improvement in the workability of fitting the bracket 41 to the protector 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
