PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending method by which a quality of a coated surface can be maintained while suppressing occurrence of a coating film peeling.SOLUTION: A bending method for bending a long metal frame material 30. The metal frame material 30 has a bottom plate 11 and a pair of side plates 13 which are erected from the bottom plate 11 and face each other, and further has a coating film on a surface thereof. The belding method includes: a heating process in which at least a portion of a part of the metal frame material 30, which is deformed during bending, is induction-heated; and a bending process in which the bottom plate 11 is bent along an intended bending line 35 which extends in a direction crossing a longer direction of the metal frame material in the state that the metal frame material 30 is held by a holding component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
