PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement high-accuracy laser drawing by effectively cancelling glitch noise.SOLUTION: A DA conversion controller 1 includes: a digital data generation part 2 for generating digital data which are successively shifted from a low level value to a high level value or from a high level value to a low level value; a DA conversion part 3 for converting the digital data into an analog control signal; a noise generation position detection part 4 for detecting a specific high-order digit change of successively shifting digital data; and a noise mask part 5 for masking the analog control signal in timing of the specific high-order digit change detected by the noise generation position detection part 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
