PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action support device capable of presenting action allowing a user to enjoy at least any of service and goods suitable for the user, and further to provide an action support system and an action proposal method.SOLUTION: An action support device comprises: a biological information detection section detecting biological information of a user; an input section input with desired action that is action of which execution is desired by the user; a desired action acquisition section 276 acquiring action contents of the desired action input; an action determination section 277 determining whether or not there is a problem with the execution of the desired action by the user on the basis of the biological information detected; and action presentation sections (a notification section, a notification control section 272, an object information acquisition section 279, a presentation information generation section 280) presenting alternative action determined not to be a problem by the action determination section 277 on the basis of the biological information when the execution of the desired action by the user determined to be a problem by the action determination section 277.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
