PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage element capable of preventing performance deterioration and occurrence of an internal short circuit.SOLUTION: A power storage element comprises an electrode body 400 formed by laminating a positive electrode 410, a negative electrode 420, and a separator 430, a container 100 for housing the electrode body 400, and a regulation member 500 for fixing a part of the separator 430.
