PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car of an elevator on which at least two wheelchairs can be placed, and which allows a user of each of the wheelchairs to easily gain access to a car operation panel and to operate the car operation panel with good operability.SOLUTION: A car of an elevator according to one embodiment of the invention is a car 10 of a two-direction elevator which has an oblong car chamber having two entrances on both sides in the longitudinal direction. Car operation panels 18A, 18B are arranged on side surface walls 12a, 12b respectively which extend in the longitudinal direction of the car chamber and face each other. The car operation panels are displaced in the directions opposite to each other and provided on the sides of entrances 14, 15 so that operable ranges of the car operation panels by users do not overlap with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
