PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce replacement time of fire extinguishing agent in pipes so that fire extinguishing agent is jet out within a predetermined time period.SOLUTION: A package type automatic fire fighting facility 1 comprises: a tank unit 2 storing fire extinguishing agent; a releasing pipe line 5 connected to the tank unit 2, in which fire extinguishing agent in the tank unit 2 flows; a fire extinguishing agent jetting part 9 jetting out fire extinguishing agent flowing in the releasing pipe line 5; an electric valve 6 which is arranged on the releasing pipe line 5 and controlling supply of fire extinguishing agent from the tank unit 2 to the fire extinguishing agent jetting part 9; a constant flow valve 7 connected to the electric valve 6 in series; by-pass pipe 21 connected to the electric valve 6 and the constant flow valve 7 in parallel; and a by-pass electric valve 22 arranged on the by-pass pipe 21 to control flow of the fire extinguishing agent to the by-pass pipe 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
