PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable surplus seedlings to be taken out even if space for oscillating a seedling pressing tool is not provided at a rear side of a planting work machine or an attachment is attached at a rear part of the planting work machine.SOLUTION: A sulky rice transplanter includes a seedling pressing tool 11 which is provided at a rear part of a seedling tray 7 of a planting work machine 3 and restricts floating of a seedling placed on a mat seedling placement part 7b of the seedling tray 7. The seedling pressing tool 11 is configured in such a manner that: when an upper part of the seedling pressing tool 11 is detached from an upper part holding pressure adjustment mechanism 12, surplus seedlings can be taken out by opening the mat seedling placement part 7b based on rearward oscillation operation with a lower part of the seedling pressing tool as a fulcrum; and, when a lower part of the seedling pressing tool 11 is detached from a lower part holding pressure adjustment mechanism 13, the surplus seedling can be taken out by opening a lower area of the mat seedling placement part 7b based on upward slide operation along the mat seedling placement part 7b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
