PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition extremely excellent in oil film forming property at high temperature and low torque property at low temperature in a good balance.SOLUTION: There is provided a grease composition made by blending (A) a lubricant base oil having a kinetic viscosity at 100°C of 1 to 14 mm/s, a viscosity index of 100 or more, and a flow point of 0°C or less of 10 to 98 mass%, (B) an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer having an ethylene content of 30 to 85 mol%, a kinetic viscosity at 100°C of 20 to 5,000 mm/s, a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 2.5 or less, a B value of 1.1 or more, and an unsaturated bond amount of less than 0.5 per 1000 carbon atoms of 89 to 1 mass%, and (C) a thickener of 1 to 30 mass% (where the total of (A) to (C) is 100 mass%) so that the kinetic viscosity at 100°C of a mixture of the lubricant base oil (A) and the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (B) is 1 to 500 mm/s and the viscosity index is 120 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
