PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the layout and maintainability of peripheral components of a rear part of a motor.SOLUTION: An operating machine includes: a machine body; a motor 6 mounted on the machine body; an output shaft 246 protruding from a rear part of the motor; a rear part attachment part 251 provided at the rear part of the motor and facing the rear side; and a mount member which supports the motor to achieve vibration control. The mount member has: a first support member 253 having a facing attachment part which is attached facing the rear part attachment part; an elastic member 254 attached to the first support member; and a second support member 255 supporting the elastic member and provided at the machine body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
