PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire which prevents stud pins from coming off when the stud pins are driven into stud pin holes, and improves performance on ice and snow more than conventional levels.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire comprises, in the tread 1, a plurality of blocks 2 which are partitioned by grooves 6 extending in a tire circumferential direction and grooves 7 extending in a tire width direction. A plurality of sipes 4 and a stud pin hole 3 are arranged in the block 2. At least a part of the sipes 4 existing in a peripheral area A of the stud pin hole 3 is raised.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
