PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device capable of ensuring steering stability of a vehicle while suppressing harshness.SOLUTION: A suspension device comprises: a subframe 10 supported on a vehicle body frame 2 through floating bushes 21, 31; a housing 41 for supporting a wheel 50; suspension arms 42, 43 installed between the housing 41 and the subframe 10; and a shock absorber 45 installed between the suspension arm 43 and a floor 5. In the floating bushes 21, 31, the spring constant in an axial direction is set higher than the spring constant in a radial direction, and outer cylinders are held by the subframe 10 and inner cylinders are supported on the vehicle body frame 2 while shaft centers are tilted forward. When the wheel 50 rides on and passes a step, projection or the like of a road surface, the subframe 10 descends and the wheel is pushed up relatively to a fastening point of the suspension arm 43 and the shock absorber 45. Thus, a rising stroke of the shock absorber 45 decreases and harshness can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
