PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce possibility of a valve opening operation by a remote control under a situation that the valve should be kept in a closed state.SOLUTION: A valve opening/closing control device includes a remote operation command receiving portion 4 for receiving an operation command transmitted from a remote command center, a local signal receiving portion 5 for receiving a local signal output from a local device 3 in occurrence of abnormality, a closing operation portion 6 for keeping a valve 2 in a closed state when a valve closing operation command is received from the remote operation command portion 4, or the local signal is received from the local signal receiving portion 5, an opening operation portion 7 for keeping the valve 2 in an opened state when a valve opening command is received from the remote operation command receiving portion 4, and an opening operation propriety determining portion 8 for invalidating the valve opening operation by the valve opening operation command when the lapse of time from the valve closing operation based on the local signal is an opening operation invalidation time or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
