PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling a molecular diameter of gas included in a gas body which contains a plurality of kinds of gases and impurities, and to provide a separation method for separating a target gas from the gas body.SOLUTION: In a separation method of gas, by changing a temperature of a gas body which contains a plurality of gases, a molecular diameter of a gas included in the gas body is changed in accordance with temperature conditions, such temperature conditions that a porous element having a pore of a diameter larger than a molecular diameter of either one of a target gas and the other gas, and having a pore of a diameter smaller than the other molecular diameter exists are selected from such temperature conditions that molecular diameters of the target gas as a separation object in the gas body and the other gas are not overlapped, the gas body maintained in the selected temperature conditions is supplied to a separation means made of the porous element and, thereby, the target gas is separated from the gas body via the separation means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
