PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanization molding device capable of detecting the falling-off of a valve member fitted to a vent hole bored in a tire molding surface of a tire molding die immediately after the occurrence of the falling off.SOLUTION: A vulcanization molding device 1 comprises a tire molding die 10 where a vent hole 18 is bored in a tire molding surface 10a; a valve member 54 that is fitted to the vent hole 18 to open and close the vent hole 18; and heaters 32, 35 that heat the tire molding die 10. The vulcanization molding device 1 includes: non-contact type temperature sensors 40a, 40b, 40c, 40d that measure the temperature distribution in the tire molding surface 10a of the heated tire molding die 10; and a detection part 60 that detects the falling-off of the valve member 54 fitted to the vent hole 18 from the temperature distribution obtained by the temperature sensors 40a, 40b, 40c, 40d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
