PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development that can suppress transition of an image to a resin sheet when pressure contact and separation of the image and the resin sheet are repeated in a high-temperature environment.SOLUTION: There is provided a toner for electrostatic charge image development including a binder resin, a colorant, and a mold release agent having a melting temperature of 85°C or more and 120°C or less, and having a sea-island structure having a sea part including the binder resin and island parts including the mold release agent, where the degree of maldistribution B of the island parts including the mold release agent is represented by the following formula (1): degree of maldistribution B=2d/D, where D represents the equivalent circle diameter (μm) of the toner in observation of the cross section of the toner, and d represents the distance (μm) from the center of gravity of the toner to the center of gravity of the island parts including the mold release agent in the observation of the cross section of the toner; the most frequent value of the distribution of the degree of maldistribution B is 0.75 or more and 1.00 or less; and the skewness of the distribution of the degree of maldistribution B is -1.30 or more and -0.50 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
