The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of ice cream using coconut milk and tapioca pearls as main ingredients. More specifically, the method comprises the following steps: making an ice cream mix; forming small and uniform ice crystals by freezing the mix with a freezer, and mixing the ice crystals with tapioca pearls in a constant ratio; and filling a mixture of the ice cream mix and the tapioca pearls in a mold, and cooling the mixture. The present invention can provide the ice cream with optimized convenience for tasting and palatability, enabling users to enjoy the unique soft taste of coconut milk and a chewy texture of spherical tapioca pearls at the same time. |
