PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the drive capability of a dynamic logic circuit.SOLUTION: A logic circuit includes a dynamic logic circuit, a first output node, a diode-connected first transistor, and a capacitive element. The dynamic logic circuit has a second output node. The conductivity type of the first transistor and a transistor of the dynamic logic circuit is an n-type or a p-type. The first output node is electrically connected with a first terminal of the capacitive element. The second output node is electrically connected with a second terminal of the capacitive element. A first terminal of the first transistor is electrically connected with the first output node. A first voltage is inputted to a second terminal of the first transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
