PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine translation device capable of performing division processing and translation processing of an original language text in simultaneous translation in order to improve an intension transmission degree while maintaining simultaneity.SOLUTION: The machine translation device is provided with: a voice recognition processing part 101 that generates the original language text, which is a result of voice recognition processing, upon receiving a voice input of an original language that is sequentially inputted; a processing unit division part 102 that determines, on the basis of analysis information included in the original text, division positions of processing units, which are groups of partial meanings of the original language text, and translation order information of the processing units; a translation processing part 104 that sequentially executes the translation processing of the processing units into a target language to obtain translation results; a control part 103 that generates a target language text in which the translation results of each of the processing units are arranged on the based of the translation order information; and an output part 105 that outputs the target language text.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
