PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress thermal degradation and to enhance impact resistance of a light source element, regarding a luminaire and a vehicle mounting the same.SOLUTION: A lid body 8 is provided at an opening 4 of a container 5 used for enhancing a dust-proof property and a heat radiation effect of a control board 6. Also, in an inner peripheral portion of the lid body 8, an in-rush stage part 10 which rushes in a container 5 and comes into contact with a heat conductive resin body 7 is provided, and a light source element 11 is mounted on the surface opposite from the container 5 of the in-rush stage part 10. Therefore, heat generated by the light source element 11 can be radiated from a heat radiation fin 9 via the lid body 8, the heat conductive resin body 7, and the container 5. As a result, thermal degradation of the light source element 11 can be suppressed. Also, when the light source element 11 is mounted on the inner peripheral portion of the lid body 8, an impact is transmitted to the light source element 11 via the heat conductive resin body 7, so that impact resistance of the light source element 11 can be enhanced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
