PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid test failures and minimize a reduction in test efficiency when automatically testing a system that uses completion of periodically executed batch processing as a condition for starting on-line processing.SOLUTION: A system 12 under test is a system that completes processing of an entered service event by performing a process involving a plurality of steps, and thus, after completion of on-line processing of a first step associated with the service event, authorizes online processing of a second step associated with the service event only upon completion of periodically executed batch processing. A test execution device 10 makes the system 12 under test execute online processing of the first step associated with the service event. The test execution device 10 makes the system 12 under test execute online processing of the second step associated with the service event only upon detection of information indicative of completion of the batch processing recorded in a prescribed storage area of the system 12 under test.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
