PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of preventing breakage of piping by properly making an opening/closing operation of a valve body gentle, and capable of suppressing equipment trouble by simplifying piping work by reducing the number of components in the piping for compressed air.SOLUTION: An air drive type piston valve controls circulation of a fluid in piping by opening/closing a valve body connected to a piston by reciprocating the piston by using compressed air. In the air drive type piston valve, a flow rate adjustment valve for making an opening/closing operation of the valve body gentle by adjusting a flow rate of the compressed air is provided at a compressed air inlet/outlet for supplying and exhausting the compressed air, and the flow rate adjustment valve is a throttle valve which adjusts the flow rate when the compressed air is suppressed or discharged at the compressed air inlet/outlet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
