PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion T-die device capable of accurately controlling width and thickness distribution of film-state molten resin which is extruded from the extrusion T-die, easily and even in long continuation production, and a film formation method using the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a deckle 20 comprising a pair of large flags 4, a pair of middle flags 5, and a pair of lot bars 6 for controlling width and thickness distribution of molten resin 10 extruded from an extrusion T-die device to a flow direction. The deckle 20 comprises ultrasonic sensors 7, 8, 9 on respective outermost end parts of the large flags, middle flags, and lot bars contacting an outermost end part of the molten resin 10 in a width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
