PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport robot which transports a liquid transported object while achieving low vibration in transportation at an existing inspection chamber where people get in or out.SOLUTION: A transport robot of the invention includes: a transport mechanism for transporting a liquid transported object; an image sensor for monitoring images of a state of a transported sample; means for extracting vibration information of a container, in which a liquid is placed, and the liquid from information of the image sensor; and control means which suppresses vibration of the transported object on the basis of the extracted vibration information. The transport robot enables transportation with vibration of the transported object reduced during the transportation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
