PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary drum type magnetic separator capable of improving the cleanliness of a circulating coolant liquid by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: In a rotary drum type magnetic separator: a first rotary drum 13 disposed with a plurality of magnets 14, 14, ... is provided and separates unnecessary objects in a used coolant liquid; a second rotary drum 21 disposed with a plurality of magnets 24, 24, ... is provided at a near side from the first rotary drum 13 and the inflow of the used coolant liquid separately from the first rotary drum 13; the second rotary drum 21 is constituted by an external cylinder 29 and an internal cylinder 25; and a scraper 27 scraping the unnecessary objects adhered to the second rotary drum 21 is connected to a bottom member 30 forming a flow channel at the lower part of the first rotary drum 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
