摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer electrolyte composition capable of achieving both high ion conductivity and battery cycle life characteristics at ordinary temperature when used for a lithium metal battery and a lithium ion secondary battery.SOLUTION: There is provided a polymer electrolyte composition which comprises a polyurethane resin (U) having a number average molecular weight of 1000 to 500000 obtained by reacting a polyether diol (A) having a number average molecular weight of 500 to 100000 and an organic diisocyanate (B) and a lithium salt (L). The polyether diol (A) preferably is a copolymer (A2) obtained by adding an alkylene oxide containing ethylene oxide (a11) and an alkylene oxide (a12) having 3 to 4 carbon atoms as essential components to a dihydric alcohol in a random sequence and/or in a block sequence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
