PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cartridge which can stabilize rotation of a tape roll and in which assembly can be smoothly performed.SOLUTION: A tape cartridge 1 to be detachably attached to a cartridge attachment part of a tape printer is equipped with: a cartridge case 11 having a lower case 21 on a far side in an attachment direction and an upper case 22 on a near side in the attachment direction; a tape roll 4 which is accommodated in the cartridge case 11 and in which a printing tape 2 is wound around a tape core 3; a rotary guide part 57 which is provided on the upper case 22, and is brought in slide contact with the tape core 3 thereby guiding rotation of the tape roll 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
