PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-barrier laminate film having high adhesiveness even under use environment of high temperature.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminate film which comprises a flexible substrate, an organic layer provided on at least one surface of the substrate and a thin film layer provided on the organic layer, where the organic layer contains an acrylate resin, the thin film layer contains Si, O and C and satisfies the following conditions (i) to (iii) in the silicon distribution curve, the oxygen distribution curve and the carbon distribution curve of the thin film layer. (i) The atomic ratio of Si, the atomic ratio of O and the atomic ratio of C is the atomic ratio of Si>the atomic ratio of O>the atomic ratio of C in a region of 90% or more of the thin film layer in the film thickness direction, (ii) the carbon distribution curve has at least one extreme value, and (iii) the absolute value of the difference between the maximum value and minimum value of an atomic ratio of a carbon in the carbon distribution curve is 0.05 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
