PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that realizes at least one of a technology for improving the flexibility of arrangement of a linear object and a technology that prevents a connection part for pulling the linear body to the outside from limiting a movable range of an arm.SOLUTION: A robot includes: an n-th arm (n is a natural number); an (n+1)-th arm which is supported so as to rotate relative to the n-th arm; and a connection destination selection part which may select a connection destination of a linear object in the n-th arm from among a linear object existing outside the n-th arm and a linear object existing in the (n+1)-th arm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
