PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light control member having reduced odors from a decomposition product of a photopolymerization initiator, and a window with a light control member.SOLUTION: A light control member comprises a light transmitting part formed of a photocurable resin layer and having a plurality of groove parts on one surface, and a light deflection part formed in the groove part.
