PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component conveyance device and an electronic component inspection device that can easily determine the position of an electronic component in an electronic component holding unit.SOLUTION: The electronic component inspection device includes a shuttle 41 as a conveyance unit conveying an IC device 9, an inspection robot 43 as a grasping unit grasping the IC device 9, and a holding unit holding the IC device 9. The shuttle 41 has a conveyance unit positioning unit 49. The inspection robot 43 has a grasping unit positioning unit 435 engaging with the conveyance unit positioning unit 49. The holding unit has a holding unit positioning unit engaging with the grasping unit positioning unit 435.
