PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control apparatus which allows a user to satisfactorily view a program content designated by himself or herself.SOLUTION: A communication control unit 1 comprises: an acquisition unit 121 for acquiring from a portable terminal 5 a remote viewing request for a program content transmittable by a receiver; an identification unit 123 which, when the program content corresponding to the acquired remote viewing request is provided by a VOD server 6 different from the receiver, identifies an address for viewing the program content via the VOD server 6; and an address transmitter 124 that transmits the identified address to the portable terminal 5 having transmitted the remote viewing request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
