PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility business state change estimation device in which a user operation history of a terminal is used and a method for the same.SOLUTION: A facility business state change estimation device including a facility information storage section storing location of a facility and information about business type retrieves the facility information storage section, configures a facility as a destination, determines arrival at the configured destination, and acquires a user operation history within a first time period after arrival at the destination and/or within a first region including the destination. The facility business state change estimation device estimates change of the business state of the configured facility based on the operation history when the acquired operation history includes an operation history where the other facility in the same business type as the configured facility is searched or configured, or an operation history where the configured facility is removed from the facility information storage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
