PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator which can surely vibrate a movable plate, even when a pressing force in a thickness direction is transmitted and can be compactly configured and to provide a tactile sense presentation device.SOLUTION: An actuator 20 includes a vibration film 23 which is shrunk and expanded in a predetermined plane direction by the application of a voltage, an elastic film 24, a movable plate 21 which is connected to one end side of each of the vibration film 23 and the elastic film 24, and a support frame 22 which is connected to the other end side of each of the vibration film 23 and the elastic film 24 and supports the movable plate 21 through the vibration film 23 and the elastic film 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
