PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing device 2 for testing the inner surface 4 of a rotationally symmetrical hollow space 6 in a workpiece 8.SOLUTION: A testing device 2 comprises a measurement head 10 which defines an axial direction and is provided with an image capturing device 18, an evaluation device 20 disposed behind the image capturing device, and an optical system 16 connected to transfer images. The testing device 2 further comprises an illumination device 22 for illuminating an imaging range of an inner surface 4 captured by the optical system 16. The present invention is configured and installed such that the illumination device 22 can illuminate the inner surface 4 from different illumination directions to create a shaded image of a topography of the inner surface. The evaluation device 20 is configured and installed to detect the topography based on the shaded image captured by the image capturing device 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
