PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to provide a smooth support service to a user who is remotely logging in to an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: In an image forming apparatus 1, when an input device 11b receives a user operation to execute the same processing as processing specified through a processing request received from a mobile terminal device 4, a screen image creation part 23 creates image data of an operation screen to be displayed on a display device 11a after the processing; and a communication processing part 21 transmits the image data created by the screen image creation part 23 to a monitoring device 2.
