PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device for an automobile which can safely perform the exchange work of a battery while supplying power to a load group.SOLUTION: A power supply device for an automobile comprises: a first switch 16 interposed between a first battery 12 and a load group 20; a second switch 18 interposed between a second battery 14 and the load group 20; a hood switch 22 which detects the release of a hood of an engine room 11, and outputs a detection signal dt1; a luggage switch 23 which detects the release of a hood of a luggage room 13, and outputs a detection signal dt2; and a power supply control part 21 which brings the first switch into a non-conductive state on the basis of the detection signal of the hood switch, and brings the second switch into a non-conductive state on the basis of the detection signal of the luggage switch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
