PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine intake system capable of performing the air heat insulation of an air cleaner more effectively.SOLUTION: An air cleaner is equipped, on the outer face of a housing accommodating a filter medium therein, with a heat insulation part 22 of a hollow double wall structure, in which an air space 25 is interposed between two walls. Moreover, the air space 25 of the heat insulation part 22 is connected to a surge tank 15 by a pipeline 23 so that the air in the air space 25 may be sucked by the intake negative pressure which is generated in the surge tank 15 during an engine operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
