PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folic acid cyclodextrin compound whose solubility is high and whose tumor cells accumulation ability is superior by transformation of folic acid modified cyclodextrin having a problem that preparation of a water solution as a vein injection is difficult because its solubility to water is low.SOLUTION: A compound has hydrophilic substituents such as a polyethylene glycol group and hydroxypropyl group introduced to folic acid modified cyclodextrin. The transformed folic acid modified cyclodextrin has superior tumor accumulation ability and is available as a drug delivery system applicable as various formulations including a vein injection.SELECTED DRAWING: None
