Disclosed are a place recommendation system based on user behaviors and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the place recommendation system based on user behaviors includes: a behavior data collection unit which collects online behavior data of users in a certain place from one or more user terminals; a location data collection unit which collects the current location data of the user terminals; and an order calculation unit which calculates the order of each place by digitizing places within a predefined radius from the current location of the user terminals included in the location data and recommends one or more placed according to the order to the user terminals. According to embodiments of the present invention, by calculating the order of places around a user based on common objective characteristics such as the user visit frequency and newness and selective subjective characteristics such as visit uniformness, the degree of relation to advertisements, and the amount of consumption based on the data about behaviors of interest and behaviors of visit of users online, the system can recommend certain places to users efficiently.
