PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat radiation efficiency of an electronic apparatus and a system.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises: a housing; a display module housed in the housing; a first substrate housed in the housing at a position where overlapping with the display module; a second substrate being housed in the housing at a position where overlapping with the display module and being electrically connected to the first substrate; a semiconductor storage element mounted onto an opposite surface to the display module of the second substrate; a controller being mounted onto the opposite surface to the display module of the second substrate, comprising a first portion and a second portion positioned between the first portion and the semiconductor storage element and having a calorific value greater than that of the semiconductor storage element; and a heat radiation member provided to the first portion of the controller at a position deviated from the second portion of the controller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
