PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active state information detector effectively operating by appropriately switching between a mode obtaining active state information on the basis of pulse wave information and a mode obtaining the active state information on the basis of body motion information, a control method of the active state information detector and the like.SOLUTION: An active state information detector 100 includes: a pulse wave measurement section 110 measuring pulse wave information of a user; a body motion measurement section 120 measuring body motion information of the user; and a processing section 130 performing arithmetic processing of active state information of the user. The processing section 130 performs mode switching processing between a first mode performing the arithmetic processing of the active state information on the basis of the body motion information and a second mode performing the arithmetic processing of the active state information on the basis of the pulse wave information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
