PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an energy storage device that considers a power operation reserve rate.SOLUTION: A control device for an energy storage device has a voltage calculator for calculating the difference value between a reference voltage and a measurement voltage, a frequency calculator for calculating the difference value between a reference frequency and a measurement frequency, a power operation reserve rate calculator for calculating the rate of preliminary power to the power maximum demand amount, and a power calculator for calculating a switch control value for the energy storage device by inputting the respective coefficients calculated from the power calculator, the frequency calculator and the power operation reserve rate calculator with the difference value from invalid and effective power and adding the difference values from invalid power and effective power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
