PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus capable of preventing miscorrection of an image caused by blur in image processing of a refocused image.SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus includes: data acquisition means for acquiring light field data generated by imaging means having a pupil dividing function of an exit pupil of an imaging optical system forming an optical image of an object; image processing means for performing predetermined image processing of image data; image generation means for generating the image data to be applied to the predetermined image processing by using the light field data; and control means for performing the predetermined image processing on the generated image data by controlling the image processing means to generate light field data corrected in accordance with the predetermined image processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
