PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system and a control method of the same capable of correcting the shade of a subject by flexibly controlling the position of a virtual light source to use for rewriting processing.SOLUTION: A shade state detection section 207 calculates an evaluation value expressing the state of a shade with respect to a subject area in an image. Then, a virtual light source control section 208 sets a virtual light source on the basis of an evaluation value and causes a virtual light adding section 209 to reflect the influence of a virtual light emitted from the virtual light source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
