PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique related to a power storage element, deformation of the case of which is suppressed.SOLUTION: A battery 10 is a storage battery, such as an alkali storage battery, and includes a power storage element 11, and a case 12 of bottomed cylindrical shape internally housing the power storage element 11. The case 12 has a disc-like bottom wall 17, and a sidewall 18 rising from the side edge of the bottom wall 17. The bottom wall 17 has a circular convex portion 19 concentric to the bottom wall 17, and protruding outward of the case 12. The ratio of the diameter of the convex portion 19 to the diameter of the bottom wall 17 is 0.20-0.95.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
