PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera travel device applicable to a hollow track rail that can be made lightweight relatively.SOLUTION: A camera travel device 1 which enables a moving object to be imaged by a camera along a track rail 2, includes: an outer cylinder 4 which holds the camera and is disposed so as to surround the track rail 2 in a circumferential direction and slid along an outer surface of the track rail 2; and a traveling body 3 which includes a magnetic force coupling part 6c coupled to the outer cylinder 4 via a magnetic force, and travels inside of the track rail 2. Even in such a case that the camera collides with an obstacle during travel and the traveling body stops, since the outer cylinder 4 holding the camera is just coupled to the traveling body 3 by the magnetic force, the outer cylinder 4 and the traveling body 3 are speedily separated and the camera or the traveling body 3 is unlikely to be damaged as a result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
