PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient external air supply method for an air conditioner capable of introducing the external air into an interior of a room.SOLUTION: When a region having a temperature increase rate larger than a first threshold (hereinafter referred to as a special monitoring region) is detected in an air-conditioning object region and a temperature of the special monitoring region is higher than the temperature of external air, an air conditioner: reduces an air flow to be supplied to the special monitoring region with the temperature increase rate larger than a second threshold (hereinafter referred to as a high increase rate region) among a plurality of special monitoring regions Bo compared to the air flow before the large increase rate region is detected; and increase the air flow to be supplied to the special monitoring region other than the high increase rate region (hereinafter referred to as a low increase rate region) among the plurality of the special monitoring regions compared to the air flow before the low increase rate region is detected.
