PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer and a surface hardness improver that can improve mold processability, suppresses the occurrence of molding failure and can produce a molded product having good surface hardness in the case when blended into a polycarbonate resin, to provide a polycarbonate resin composition including the improver and to provide a molded product produced by molding the polycarbonate resin composition.SOLUTION: The polymer has (a1) a constitutional unit derived from a naphthyl (meth)acrylate and (a2) a constitutional unit derived from an aromatic vinyl. The surface hardness improver comprises the polymer. The polycarbonate resin composition includes the surface hardness improver. The molded product is produced by molding the polycarbonate resin composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
